Dully filled application form has to be sent attached with a DD of Rs.500 in favour of 'MATS, Bangalore , payable at Bangalore .

Copy of Marks Statement 10th Standard, 12 th Standard, Graduation (all semesters / years)
Copy of Degree certificate (if available)
Copy of Experience Certificate (if any)
Copy of M A T / C A T / A TMA / X A T / GM A T Score card
DD of Rs.500/- drawn in favour of M A TS, Bangalore
